Equipment:
When attending swimming lessons, it's helpful to come prepared with the following equipment:
- Swimwear: Make sure to bring a suitable swimsuit or swim trunks that allow for comfortable movement in the water.
- Goggles: Protect your eyes and improve underwater visibility by bringing a pair of swim goggles. They help prevent irritation and enable you to focus on your technique.
- Swim cap: If you have long hair or prefer to keep your hair out of your face, a swim cap can be beneficial. It helps streamline your head in the water and reduce drag.
- Towel: Bring a large, absorbent towel to dry off after the lesson. Quick-drying towels are particularly convenient.
- Extra clothing: Carry a change of clothes to wear after your swimming session, ensuring your comfort post-lesson.
- Water bottle: Stay hydrated during and after the lesson by bringing a water bottle to the pool. It's important to replenish fluids lost during exercise.
